Nelmac has done a great job in clearing the rest of the slips on the lower section on the Dun Mountain Trail so its now fully open for business again. Riders are advised to take extra care when using the new sections of trail around where slip damage has occurred and to also be aware that the Maitai Valley road is closed from above Smiths Ford due to pipeline works on the road, however this does not affect the trail as it exits onto the Maitai Valley road below this point.
